SmartHR MAX is an all-in-one platform for SMEs, assisting HR personnel with payroll, time off, attendance, claims, leave, and training management. SmartHR MAX, which is cloud-based, is designed to be flexible, scalable, and easy to use. It also supports integrations with other productivity apps, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Calendar.

SmartHR MAX is suitable for company which has a number of employees range from 30-500 employees. Given the flexible configurations in our system, we can support organizations upwards of 1,000 employees.

Depending on the size of the company, it will take about 2 to 4 weeks process During this period, our team guides you through setting up your employee profiles, time off, payroll, expense, workflows and any other modules to ensure smooth seamless transition. We will provide user guides for your reference and training will be provided to ensure the maximum utilisation of SmartHR MAX.Please liaise with our Sales Team if you need to fast track your onboarding process.

We do provide package based on modules and you will be charged based on the package modules that you choose. The Core platform starts at USD 3 per employee per month.

You can log incidents through Support Tickets in SmartHR MAX and we will contact directly via email. For most enquiries, we typically respond within same day business hours.

To protect the clients data, we ensure that we apply the best practice in data security. We use the AES-256 encryption standard (same as what banks use) to protect the transmission of data to our site. Our servers are located in physically secure, ISO 27001 certified data centers and we apply end-to-end encryption to ensure maximum protection to your employee data.
