This Delete Policy explains how users of the OneHRM HR & Payroll mobile application and services may request deletion of their personal data. OneHRM is developed by Pukat Technology Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of MobilityOne Sdn Bhd.

  • Attendance, leave, claims and other HR-related records
  • Payroll information associated with your account
  • Any other personal data stored under your OneHRM account

You may request deletion even if you have already uninstalled the mobile application.

Identity Verification

To ensure data security, we may request verification of your identity before processing your deletion request. This may include confirming details through your registered email, phone number, or via your HR administrator.

Situations Where Data Cannot Be Fully Deleted

In some cases, we may not be able to delete your data due to:

  • Legal or regulatory requirements (e.g., tax, audit, employment law)
  • Security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes
  • Contractual obligations with your employer

In such cases, we may retain only the minimum information required and anonymize or pseudonymize identifiable data wherever possible.

Processing Time

We aim to process all valid deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is needed due to complexity or legal constraints, we will notify you.

Confirmation of Deletion

Once your request has been processed, we will notify you that your account and/or personal data has been deleted or anonymized.

Impact of Data Deletion
  • Your OneHRM account may be permanently deactivated
  • All HR and payroll records may no longer be accessible
  • Deleted data is not recoverable
  • You may need to register again through your employer to use OneHRM in the future
